well you must be thinking of a different article because the one I read clearly states that if a person has they/them pronouns, she would just refer to them as she or he when talking about them. And the author I am referring to clearly is not capable of respect as she really ridiculed women who add she/her. It is never respectful to ridicule people senselessly
